Prior to beginning his career in real estate sales, Adam Hertz worked in mortgage lending and wealth management, an experience that helps him provide another dimension of service to his clients. Adam's experience also includes development of residential, commercial and multifamily properties.

Prior to beginning their careers in real estate sales, Brittni Hertz & Karli Hughes worked in property management for over 14 years as Managing Partners. Brittni and Karli's knowledge of Missoula's investment property and rental market is unparalleled and invaluable to clients seeking to expand their real estate investment portfolios.

Janna Pummill brought 22 years of experience in the credit, finance, and banking industries to her real estate career. She found her true calling in real estate, allowing her to serve clients and guide them through one of the biggest investments of their lives. Janna's background provides her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating home buyers and sellers and marketing.

Kristin began her real estate career in 2005 as a solo agent and is now part of her top producing family team. She's also worked in corporate and personal wellness since 2008, an experience that helps her provide her clients with a grounded, holistic approach to buying and selling. Kristin lives in Polson and is the Hertz Team's Flathead Lake expert.

Jordyn Nelson began her real estate career in 2018 as a Transaction Coordinator for ERA Lambros. In 2020, she earned her real estate licensed and joined The Hertz Team as a Licensed Transaction Coordinator. Jordyn’s attention to detail and her ability to multitask are the glue that hold The Hertz Team together!

With diverse backgrounds in banking, wealth management, property management, corporate wellness and real estate development, the Hertz Team is well prepared to work with buyers and sellers of residential, land, multifamily, commercial, and business opportunities.

The Hertz Team is committed to serving our local community. Adam is a former member of the Montana House of Representatives, a former member of the Missoula City Council, past President of Habitat for Humanity of Missoula, a past board member of the Lambros Community Foundation and was recently appointed to the Montana Board of Housing by Governor Greg Gianforte. Brittni is a past board member of the Lambros Community Foundation. Karli is a past President of the Western Montana chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Janna actively volunteers for Habitat for Humanity, CASA of Missoula, United Way, Missoula Food Bank and more.
